Unite 4 Kids Calls Upon UCC Members to Pause and Pray

August 17, 2021

This Sabbath, August 21, Seventh-day Adventists across the Upper Columbia Conference are pausing for one day to focus on praying for our kids.

This is the second year that Unite 4 Kids, an event put on by the Education and Club Ministries departments, have called our conference to a day of fasting and prayer focused on our children. This year, Children’s Ministries is joining the partnership.

You can plan to pray together as a church, with your club staff, or join your teachers and plan a special joint time of prayer for the children in your school, club, and Sabbath school programs. Pray for the teachers and volunteers who are working with your kids as well.

This day is a special time of lifting up our kids and those who serve them in prayer as we prepare to kick off a new school year and another year of Sabbath School and Club Ministries.
