Ministerial Director (Spokane, WA) — 6.25.25
This full-time position, based in Spokane, WA, reports to the vice president for administration. The position oversees all facets of care for conference pastoral staff, including pastoral development and conflict management. The successful candidate provides training and mentorship opportunities for local church elders, deacons and deaconesses. Additionally, it oversees the conference Evangelism program and budget.
Wage grade/range: 87-102%
This position pay scale is based on the North American Division pay scale for conference
leadership positions. This position’s monthly compensation ranges are as follows:
- Remuneration: $4,951 - $5,804
- Cost of Living Allowance: $1,332 - $1,561
- Travel Allowance: $500
