Kentucky and five additional states were affected by what is being declared as the largest tornado in history.
On December 10, 2021, a deadly tornado moved across Western Kentucky, causing havoc on numerous towns in the state. Crossing through twelve counties during its lifespan, the tornado traveled over 200 miles that produced a series of strong tornadoes in five additional states. It is declared to be the largest tornado recorded in history.
North American Division Adventist Community Services (NAD ACS) is assisting with purchasing supplies to assist with the relief efforts of ACS Disaster Response in Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, Arkansas, Missouri and Mississippi.

North Pacific Union is now home to two of the thirteen 2026 Junia Award winners, with one in Upper Columbia Conference, and the other in Oregon Conference. The Junia Award is given annually by Association of Adventist Women to one woman in a pastoral role in each division.
At this year’s annual UCC Prayer Summit, titled “Almost Home,” 133 people set their sights upon heaven. The prayer retreat, held at Camp MiVoden on October 2, provided a formative faith experience, featuring inspiring prayer stories, engaging seminars, and pervasive prayer.
Early on Tuesday morning, October 13 a fire sparked at East Wenatchee Adventist Church. The fire started in the cradle roll Sabbath School room and, miraculously, did not spread further.

This summer, 63 children streamed into Otis Orchards Adventist Church each day for Vacation Bible School.
