  • Where do you volunteer?

    There are volunteer opportunities in a variety of areas. From helping out at a local Adventist Community Services building to leading children's Sabbath school in your local church to driving for field trips for school, volunteers are what helps continue spreading the message of love and hope of Jesus Christ!

Issues with screening

Are you experiencing difficulty with the screening process? If you are having a technical problem during the process please use the following procedure:

Call 1-855-326-1860 - Option 1 - Code 6548.
All volunteers will need to supply four references, including one pastor or other mandatory reporter, and no relatives. If you are unable to enter your references into the Sterling Volunteers platform, you can email the name and telephone number to karlak@uccsda.org.

Local coordinator resources

Volunteers are screened for the purpose of protecting vulnerable people (especially children) who attend our churches, schools, and other ministries.
