Open Positions — Office Staff

Building Energy Management Intern (Spokane, WA) — 5.6.26

This full-time position, based in Spokane, Washington, is a summer position

designed to provide practical, real-world experience in industrial requirements for various church and school buildings. Under the guidance of the Corporation Treasurer, the intern will assist with creating energy compliance documentation in accordance with Washington and Oregon regulations, specifically, Energy Management Plans (EMP) and Operations & Maintenance Programs (O&M).


Wage grade/range:

This position pay scale is based on the North American Division pay scale. This position's hourly compensation ranges are as follows:

$19.00 – $21.00

Administrative Assistant - Ministerial PT (Spokane, WA) — 5.6.26

This part-time position, based in Spokane, Washington, performs diverse office assignments and secretarial duties for assigned supervisor. The position assists in

designated office details using initiative and sound judgment. The position requires tact, friendliness, and effective interpersonal skills.


Wage grade/range: 60-80%

This position pay scale is based on the North American Division pay scale. This position's hourly compensation ranges are as follows:

$20.73 – $27.64

This full-time, exempt position, based in Spokane, Washington, is responsible for the transportation and safety needs of Upper Columbia Conference. Responsibilities of this position include interacting with churches, schools, and conference departments within

the organization, and direct contact with employees and constituents.


Wage grade/range: 87-101%

This position pay scale is based on the North American Division pay scale for conference

leadership positions. This position’s monthly compensation ranges are as follows:

  • Remuneration: $4,951 - $5,747
  • Cost of Living Allowance: $1,508 - $1,751
  • Travel Allowance: $550

This full-time position, based in Spokane, Washington, involves working at the reception desk for Upper Columbia Conference. This is a critical position for assisting guests visiting the office, the first impressions guests form from the greeting they receive are a very important aspect of this position. This position pay scale is based on the North American Division pay scale. This position's hourly compensation ranges are as follows:

$24.19- $27.64
