Giving Bibles to Students at Discovery Junction

by Kathy Marson, January 21, 2020

Here is one way the volunteers at Discovery Junction are giving students an opportunity to connect with Jesus. Giving them Bibles!

Last year 14 students from the STEAM Ahead program at Discovery Junction attended summer camp at MiVoden. They also received beautiful leather Bibles with their names engraved.  Now previous STEAM Ahead attendees have been invited to a new Central Pathfinders Club and seven are attending!
STEAM Ahead is an after-school program held at Discovery Junction -- a little house near the Spokane Central Adventist Church. This program introduces at-risk public school children to the fun of learning science, technology, engineering art, and math.
