by Kathy Marson, October 23, 2019

UCC has invited Dustin Jones to serve as the next communication director and he has accepted the call.

Upper Columbia Conference is pleased to announce that Dustin Jones, MA, will be the next Communication Director for Upper Columbia Conference. Dustin will begin in January 2020.

"We are eagerly looking forward to the arrival of Dustin and Heidi Jones, along with their sons, Nolan and Finn," says Minner Labrador Jr., president of UCC. "He brings a level of expertise to our team that will be an asset to Upper Columbia. His spirit and demeanor affirm he will be a pleasure to work with for all of our churches, schools and staff."

Dustin has more than 21 years of experience working in public relations and marketing. He has previously served in leadership positions for Adventist Health International, based in Loma Linda, California, and Loma Linda University Health, where he worked for almost 15 years.

Currently Dustin is coming to us from Kalispell Regional Healthcare in Kalispell, Montana, where he is the manager of marketing communications. Dustin says, "I have been away from working in the Adventist Church for six years and miss it. I am looking forward to being back in the Lord's work professionally." Dustin feels called to help churches and schools communicate God's love for all people in our communities.
