Director of Marketing and Recruitment

The primary purpose of this position is to develop and implement a marketing and recruitment program which raises awareness within the surrounding community, schools and constituencies; cultivates positive community relationships; increases student enrollment; contributes to student retention; and enhances student and family experience.

The primary purpose of this position to cultivate and seek voluntary support within the surrounding community, schools and constituencies; cultivates positive community relationships; cultivates and nurture positive alumni relations.  The individual will report to the Principal but will also positively interact and work cooperatively with the administrative team as well as all students, staff and volunteers.

Child Care Director

Organization: Small World Learning Center at Tri-City Adventist School

Small World Learning Center is seeking a Child Care Director to lead our dedicated team of early childhood educators.  Small World Learning Center is located on the campus of Tri-City Adventist School in Pasco, WA and is part of the Upper Columbia Conference of Seventh-day Adventists,.  We are a non-profit Christian Childcare center with a mission is to partner with parents to help children grow "in wisdom, in stature, and in favor with God and man. 

We provide every child with a loving, nurturing, Christ-centered environment where they can build positive relationships with others and foster a love of learning.  Our childcare center serves our churches, our schools and the surrounding community.

Description: The director is responsible for the overall management of the center's facility and operation and includes the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the center follows the licensing requirements for the state of Washington.
  • Supervising a staff of around 30 part-time teachers, caregivers and support staff.
  • Overseeing the care of approximately 85 children from infancy through school age.
  • Managing the center so that it is fully enrolled and operating according to Small World Learning Center's Policies

PreSchool Lead Teacher - Spokane, WA

PCLC is an early learning center that serves approximately 60 students in Spokane WA, located in the beautiful Inland Northwest.  The school is blessed with a beautiful new facility and a growing student enrollment.  Salary and benefits are based on the PCLC scale and policies.
