NOTE: During Camp Meeting the airstrip is closed to airplanes due to large volume of RV sites and parking needs.
Lodging is reserved with payment only.
All reservations are on a first-come first-served basis, to adults, age 21 or older. All tents and RVs on site must be in conference-designated locations.
Dorm Rooms - $35 per night, RV Sites - $15 per night, Tent Sites - $8 per night
Arrival and Check In:
Please plan to arrive after 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017. Upon arrival at Upper Columbia Academy, (3025 E Spangle Waverly Rd, Spangle, Wash,) please check in with your lodging receipt at the dorms or drive to your RV or Tent site. Then go to Guest Services in the Gymnasium to complete your registration. (Guest Services opens June 14 at 9 a.m.)
If you are camping, or in a trailer or 5th wheel on the ballfield, please do not plan to drive on and off the ballfield during camp meeting. If you need to use your vehicle during camp meeting you must park in a designated parking lot. In the event of rain, grassy parking areas will be closed.
RV and Tent Sites Have No Hookups:
All RV and tent camp sites come without hookups. There is no water, sewer or electricity available in any area. If for medical reasons you must have power, please look into a battery option as
we can not make power available.
EASY ACCESS Sites:
If you are disabled and need a site close to the main meetings, we encourage you to reserve an EASY ACCESS site on the ballfield. All first floor girls dorm rooms and second floor boys dorm rooms are also Easy Access sites.
Ballfield Site Restrictions:
If you are coming for the entire camp meeting (Wednesday through Saturday), you may reserve on the ballfield. But, if you are coming for a portion, please reserve on the campus or airstrip.

Sewer and Water:
There will be a Friday delivery of water and a holding tank pump-out service. The holding tank pump-out service costs $35; the water delivery is $10. You must sign up and pay at Guest Services on Wednesday or Thursday for the pump-out service or the water delivery.
A limited number of dorm rooms will be available at $35 per night. Most rooms contain two twin beds. (Rooms hold two but can hold up to five if you bring cots or mattresses.) Please bring your own bedding and towles. Please reserve the EASY ACCESS rooms only if you are handicapped or for medical reasons.
The Upper Columbia Academy cafeteria will provide meals throughout camp meeting. The cost for meal tickets will be $8 per person with children 0-3 free. You may purchase these at the Guest Services booth during camp meeting and at the cafeteria. All Sabbath meals should be purchased in advance. In addition to scheduled meals, you will be able to purchase a selection of fast food items at the Plaza Cafe near the cafeteria. Look for hot-dogs, veggie burgers and more. Cash only at the Plaza Cafe!
Restrooms and several portable toilets will be available throughout the campus. Showers in the gym are available from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Pets are NOT allowed on the main campus, in buildings, meetings, tents or dorm rooms. Exceptions are made for trained service animals. Guests in RVs may bring pets as long as they keep their pets quiet and indoors unless walking them in designated pet areas. Pet owners, must clean up completely after their pet and dispose of any waste. Any pet owner out of compliance with this policy will be asked to leave immediately.
Please honor the Sabbath by not moving in or out during Sabbath hours, (Sundown Friday through Sundown Sabbath).
In consideration of others, please keep the grounds quiet from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
