Upper Columbia Conference Standing Committees – 2007-2011
Elected at the 75th Constituency Session, September 30, 2007
By constitution, the Upper Columbia Conference is held accountable and operated by committees that “stand” or function on behalf of the constituents between quadrennial sessions.
Nominating Committee
The function of the Nominating Committee is to recommend to the Constituency Session delegates: (1) officers of the Upper Columbia Conference, (2) Conference K-12 Board of Education members, (3) Conference Executive Committee members, (4) directors of Conference departments. They also meet with the Conference Executive Committee between regular constituency sessions to fill vacancies of Conference officers.

The function of the Financial & Statistical Review Committee is to review the annual financial reports and official audits of all the departments, officers and employees of the Conference.

Constitution & Bylaws Committee
The function of the Constitution & Bylaws Committee is to review recommendations for constitutional amendments and submit to the delegates in session any proposed amendments that are in harmony with the objectives of the Upper Columbia Conference and the policies and guidelines of the General Conference and the North American Division.
