Two Days of Free Health Care For Spokane

Dental care is only one of the many health care services being offered at the free health clinic taking place at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center, August 3-4.
More than 1400 volunteers from all across the United States and Canada are coming to Spokane to provide free health care to Spokane residents, August 3-4.
Free eye care will be provided to patients as part of the giant free health care clinic August 3-4.1

SPOKANE, Wash., July 29, 2015 – More than 1,400 healthcare professionals and volunteers will operate a no-cost medical and dental clinic in Spokane, Washington August 3-4, 2015. More than $8 million in free health-related services will be offered to Spokane residents at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center. The event, organized by Y?our Best Pathway to Health? in partnership with the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Adventist Health West and other entities, i?s co-sponsored by the Office of Spokane Mayor David A. Condon as well as the Spokane County Commissioner’s Office.

Free on-site services will include primary care visits, women’s health services including pap smears, consultation by medical specialists including heart evaluation, as well as gastroenterology, neurology, pulmonology, rheumatology, infectious disease, general and orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, podiatry services, immunizations, root canals, crowns, fillings, extractions, dental cleaning, pharmacy, eyeglass fittings and examinations, STD screenings, medical massage, physical therapy, x-rays, laboratory services, haircuts, chaplaincy services and a free meal.

Services will be offered on a first come, first served basis. No insurance and no identification are required. The free clinic at the Spokane Country Fair and Expo Center opens at 7:00 a.m. each day August 3 & 4, 2015. No appointment is necessary, other than surgical procedures, which require pre-surgery visits.
